Eastern parts of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico. Most of North Dakota. Northern parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. Western parts of South Dakota, Nebraska and Texas. All New England States. Eastern parts of New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Washington, DC.
